AGE REQUIREMENT: 3+ years as on 01.04.2026 (Child born between 01.04.2022 and 31.03.2023)
(As per NEP 2020 the entry age for Class I is 6+ years)
Application Forms will be available on our website www.ourladyfatimajuniorschool.com from 23rd September 2025 to 27nd September 2025.
Kindly fill in the Application Form and Submit the same online after payment of the registration Fee of Rs.300/- (non-refundable).
The printout of duly filled Application Form with relevant documents must be submitted in the School Office from 25th September 2025 to 30th September 2025 between 8:30AM to 11:30 AM.
Short listed names will be displayed on the school notice board as well as on the website, on Saturday, 18th October 2025.Fee to be paid at the time of Admission is approx. 50,000/-(including fee for 3 months).
Documents to be produced:
1. Birth Certificate: a self-attested copy of the child’s Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation with the name of the child.
2. Current Address Proof: copy of Aadhar card/Parent’s Voter ID card/Passport/ Driving License/Electricity/Water bills /Telephone Bill – BSNL Land Line/ Rental agreement (School will be verifying the given residential address).
3. Photo Identity Proof: A passport size photograph of the child with the parents(2 copies).
4. Alumni: Relevant documents of the school.
5. Christians: Copy of Baptism Certificate and a Letter confirming membership from the Parish Priest / Pastor of the Church to which you belong.

Application Forms will be available on our website www.ourladyfatimajuniorschool.com from 7th March 2026 to 8th March 2026. Kindly fill in the Application Form and Submit the same online after payment of the registration Fee of Rs.300/- (non-refundable).
The printout of duly filled Application Form with relevant documents must be submitted in the School Office from 8th March 2026 to 9th March 2026 between 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
Attach the following documents with the form:

Child’s Aadhar Card
Two passport size photograph of the child
Originals of the above documents will be asked for verification at the time of admission.
There will be an entrance test on 14th March 2026, for the subjects English, Hindi and Mathematics from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Reporting time in the school for the Entrance Test 8:45 a.m.
The Result will be put up on the School Notice Board on 21st March 2026.
Guidelines for Filling the Application Form
Kindly fill in the Application Form online as per the instructions given below.
Pre-requisites: Ensure that you have the following before you begin to fill the form.
* Photograph of the child
* Valid E-mail ID of the parent
* Information given in Child’s Date of Birth Certificate, Aadhar Card (Name of child, Date of birth & Parents’ name) should be same.
* All required fields are to be completed and those which are not required should be filled with N/A.
* The printout of the filled Application Form should be taken on A4-size papers only
Name and other particulars:
* All names should be spelt correctly in capital letters as they will be required in all the legal papers and CBSE record of the candidate. No change whatsoever will be made after the admission or any subsequent class regarding Date of Birth and the name.
* The Name and the Date of Birth of your ward written in the Application Form will remain unchanged in all her / his school records.
* Photograph: The latest passport size photograph (taken not more than a month before the date of application) of the candidate is to be fixed on the hardcopy.

The Management of the School reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular candidate. The selection procedure is designed by the Selection Committee of the school and the selection of the candidate is done by the Selection Committee.

* No telephone call will be entertained by the school regarding the procedure of selection/admission.
